Terms and Conditions:

This competition is conducted by the Stewart Island/Rakiura Community and Environment Trust of PO Box 124, Stewart Island 9846. By entering the competition each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. All prizes are subject to standard terms and conditions of the provider supplying the prizes.

By entering the auction winners agree to their names being published and to be photographed and/or interviewed by the promoter and that the promoter may use their names and such photographs and/or interviews for publicity purposes.

The winner of the auction will abide by all conditions set out below unless advised from SIRCET or the provider of the prize.

  • The travel component with Real Journeys, return from Bluff for two people, and the Kiwi Experience trip for two people must be taken by 31st March 2019. This end date may change and these Terms and Conditions will be updated at this time. Real Journeys must be informed at the time of booking that you are prize winners, they will have the surname of winner provided to them.

  • The accommodation at Pilgrim Cottage for two nights for two people is subject to availability- these dates can be viewed on ‘ Book a Batch’. If there is a date that is relevant – please book and leave a message that you are the winner of the raffle. The owner will be advised of your surname for booking purposes.

  • The return trip for two to Ulva Island with Rakiura Charters must be booked through their booking office and is subject to availability. You must inform them at the time that you are the winner of a prize. Rakiura Charters will be informed of the winner’s surname.

  • The meal at the South Sea Hotel – must be booked in advance and at the time of booking the staff should be informed that your meal consisting of two ‘Blue Cod’ dinners is a prize. The South Sea Hotel will be informed of the winner’s surname. The recipients must pay for any additional food and beverages at the time of dining
